We are currently seeking experienced bar and floor staff for our client that is located in Sutherland Shire. We have multiple positions vacant for weekend work with flexible hours.

Your duties will include but not limited to:

• Taking customers ‘orders
• Serving and making drinks
• Collecting glasses
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Greeting customers on arrival
• Setting up events
• General cleaning
• Restocking the bar
• Communication with the chiefs and Kitchen staff
• Attending the gaming area
• Cash handling and processing payments

To be successful for this role you must possess the following skills and attributes:

• Must be punctual and good with time management
• Must have hospitality experience
• Must have an RSA
• Must be flexible with duties
• Must be well presented and have good communication skills
• Motivated, reliable and hardworking
• Have accurate attention to detail
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Be able to work independently
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
